PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT

All our accepted payment options are shown at the footer of our website.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout - this will contain your order number. This email is your receipt so please make sure you do not delete it.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven't received any email updates in regard to your order, it may be likely the emails were marked as spam. Please be sure to check all of the folders in your inbox.

If you have still have not received a confirmation email please contact us.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

At this time we do not take telephone orders. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately it will be too late for us to cancel.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes if a tracking number is provided. Some orders sent by Royal Mail and courier may not have the ability to be tracked.

I FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM I WANTED CAN I ADD IT TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add products to your order once it is confirmed, if you wish to add further item(s) you will need to create another order.

I WANT AN ITEM, BUT IT IS DISPLAYED AS SOLD OUT CAN I STILL ORDER?

We are sorry, but once an item is shown as sold out we no longer have that particular item in stock.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DELIVERY ADDRESS?

All orders will be dispatched to the address entered at checkout, please check your details are correct before placing an order. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER TO MORE THAN ONE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to one address, you will need to create a separate order for each new address.

IF I ORDER MULTIPLE CARDS WILL THEY COME PACKAGED SEPARATELY?

If you order multiple cards we may at times send them individually packaged to ensure safe delivery.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT?

No, accounts are optional, however If you do have an account and are logged in, your address fields are pre-filled when you place an order.

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD

Please contact us and we will send you an email containing a link to set up a new password.

Though we try our best please note that all card measurements given are approximate and can vary slightly from size shown.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any item.
