Returns

We hope you are happy with your order but understand that at times you may wish to make a return. If this is the case, you are able to return your order at your own cost.

To start a return and to let us know the reason why you wish to return your item(s), please contact us at hello@rachealscardshop.co.uk

Please do not return any item(s) to us without contacting us first.

Our returns policy is 28 days from the date you receive the order, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return and a further 14 days afterwards to return the item(s) to us. 

RETURNS MUST INCLUDE:

  • your full name and address
  • your order number
  • your email address
  • item(s) being returned

We reserve the right to refuse to refund item(s) that are not returned within 28 days of delivery and the right to refuse to refund item(s) that do not meet the policy below.

    TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN ITEM(S) MUST:

    • not have been used
    • be in the original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
    • be in a resaleable condition
    • be unsoiled and undamaged

    We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of item(s) which are soiled or damaged.

    We also reserve the right to ask for photographic proof with regards to incorrect or damaged item(s).

    You must take reasonable care of the item(s) whilst in your possession. It is the customer's responsibility when returning item(s) to ensure that they are repackaged in such a way as to ensure their safe return.

    It is advisable to obtain proof of posting if returning item(s) as they remain in your ownership and at your risk until we have acknowledged receipt of their safe return.

    We cannot be held responsible for any returns damaged or lost in transit, returns damaged or lost in transit will not be classed as a return.

    CONFIRMATION EMAIL (PROOF OF PURCHASE) 

    To return an order you will need your confirmation email. After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout - this will contain your order number. This email is your receipt so please make sure you do not delete it.

    EXCHANGES

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any item.

    REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if your refund has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return the refund.
